On the conclusion of a service agreement

General Provisions

This Public Offer contains the terms for the conclusion of the Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Agreement" and/or the "Agreement"). This offer is considered an offer made to one or several specific individuals, which is sufficiently clear and expresses the intent of the offering party to consider themselves as having entered into an Agreement with the addressee upon acceptance of the offer.

The actions described in this Offer constitute confirmation of both Parties' consent to conclude the Service Agreement under the terms, procedure, and volume outlined in this Offer.

The following text of the Public Offer is the official public proposal by the Executor, addressed to the interested parties, to conclude the Service Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Service Agreement is deemed concluded and takes effect when the Parties perform actions outlined in this Offer, which signify unconditional and complete acceptance of all the terms of this Offer without any exceptions or limitations under the terms of adhesion.

Terms and Definitions:

• Agreement – the text of this Offer with Appendices, which are an integral part of this Offer, accepted by the Customer through the performance of actions outlined in this Offer.
• Conclusive Actions – actions that express agreement with the offeror's proposal to conclude, modify, or terminate the agreement. These actions consist of full or partial fulfillment of the conditions proposed by the counterparty.
• Executor's Website – a set of programs for electronic computers and other information contained in the information system, accessible via the Internet under the domain name and network address: http://memorizator.info
• Application – a mobile application memorizator distributed through official app stores on the Internet, with the public offer, privacy policy, and functionality description located at: http://memorizator.info

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Executor's Rights and Obligations:

• The Executor undertakes to provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, within the deadlines and scope specified in this Agreement and (or) as indicated on the Executor's Website.
• The Executor undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the sections of the Website necessary to obtain information as stated in Clause 2.1 of the Agreement.
• The Executor is responsible for the storage and processing of the Customer's personal data, ensures the confidentiality of this data, and uses it exclusively for the proper provision of Services to the Customer.
• The Executor reserves the right to modify the terms (period) of the Services and the conditions of this Offer unilaterally without prior notice to the Customer by publishing such changes on the Executor's Website on the Internet.

Customer's Rights and Obligations:

• The Customer is obliged to provide accurate information about themselves when receiving the corresponding Services.
• The Customer undertakes not to reproduce, repeat, copy, sell, or use in any way the information and materials made available to them in connection with the provision of Services, except for personal use by the Customer themselves without providing access to third parties in any form.
• The Customer undertakes to accept the Services provided by the Executor;

Price and Payment Procedure

The cost of the Executor's services to be provided to the Customer and the payment procedure are determined based on the Customer's selection of the Application usage option or are specified on the Executor's Website: http://memorizator.info

All payments under the Agreement are made in non-cash form.

Confidentiality and Security

During the implementation of this Agreement, the Parties ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data in accordance with the current version of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, and Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies, and Information Security" dated July 27, 2006.
